Daniel Radcliffe Movies

Want to know the best Daniel Radcliffe movies?  Howabout the worst Daniel Radcliffe movies?  Curious about Daniel Radcliffe box office grosses or which Daniel Radcliffe movie picked up the most Oscar® nominations? Need to know which Daniel Radcliffe movie got the best reviews from critics and audiences and which got the worst reviews? Well you have come to the right place….because we have all of that information.

Daniel Radcliffe (1989-) is an British actor who is known worldwide for playing Harry Potter in 8 movies.  His IMDb page shows over 35 acting credits since 1999. This page ranks Daniel Radcliffe movies from Best to Worst in six different sortable columns of information. Television shows, bit parts and his movies not released in North America theaters are not included in the rankings.

Drivel Part:  So why a Daniel Radcliffe page….especially since we already have a Harry Potter page?  Two reasons:  (1) Since stepping away from the world of Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe has been making some quality quirky movies that have been ignored at the box office.  In some ways he reminds us of Johnny Depp.  The early career of Johnny Depp was filled with quality quirky movies that were ignored at the box office.  So since Radcliffe is taking chances in his acting we figured we could give him an UMR page.  (2)  Secondly….we are currently have some problems researching our Fredric March page….and Radcliffe’s 18 movies seemed like a quick way to get a new page published.

Since leaving Harry Potter behind he has played Igor, a dead man and a guy with horns..just to mention a few roles

Hey Helakoski…..I agree…where did the time go? My oldest daughter has gone from a pre-teen to a almost mid 20s girl since that first Harry Potter movie…..seems like only a blink on an eye.

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the Harry Potter series but I have seen them all, enjoyed them and own them on blu-ray too, ask me any question about characters and situations and I probably won’t have a clue which of the films it’s from.

I remember the names of the three young protagonists but not all the teachers, let me see… there was… um.. Bumbledore? McDougall? Professor Snake? The supremely evil Valmont? Hargreed [That’s enough Steve!)

I’ve seen 12 of the 18 films listed. I haven’t seen November Boys, Swiss Army Knife or Horny.

I did like The Woman in Black the first time I saw it, some creepy moments in that, the sequel was rubbish.

The last Hairy Putter film tops the UMR, critics charts but not the adjusted box office charts, pipped at the post by the first film. It’s funny the series started off as fun fantasy for the whole family and over 8 films slowly transformed into creepy violent horror with most of the starry cast zapped into oblivion by dark supernatural forces.

    Nice work amigo. Voted Up!

Hey Steve….wow the old guys beat the Radcliffe fanatic in movies watched. Me 16, you 12 and Katie 10. Granted I have seen 16 Radcliffe’s one time….while she has seen 10 Radcliffe movies 3,234 times! I have the last movie on 3D yet have never taken the time to watch….saw in theaters and that was it.

You are right the tone of the movies got darker and darker as the series progressed. I like you, can not speak Potter very well….but the rest of the house can…..WoC is currently reading the first book with our 7 year old. Thanks for the visit and the comment.

I like the comparison of him and Depp. I had not thought of that before. So I was curious so I dragged out my calculator and added up the grosses for his non-Harry Potter movies. Those 10 movies have a combined box office of 157 million that is 154 million less than the worst Harry Potter office. I think he needs a box office hit if he wants to remain a star.

I was still sad not to see him show up in Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. I think he is doing well.
