I Have seen just 3 Alan Parker flicks: Mississippi Burning; The Commitments; and Angel Heart.Most of the subject-matters in his other movies never really appealed to me.
His movies that I used to hear talked-about the most were Bugsy Malone and Midnight Express though only the latter of the 2 was a big moneymaker according to Bruce’s tables above.
IMDB credits Alan with 22 acting awards and 31 nominations overall and he leaves behind him an assessed net fortune of $20 million.
