  1. I saw 16 including top 10. 10s and favorite when harry met sally, monsters inc (my top rated anime). 9 and favorite: princess bride, and Americas sweathearts. 2 hidden gems: running scared and city slickers , both 8s. I love billy crystal but I thought his over the top role in princess bride kept it from being a 10.

  2. Bruce, I wasn’t sure if this page was old or new, maybe you should have a separate section at the top for newest pages and another section for revised or updated pages.

I’ve seen 14 of the 28 films on the chart, that’s not too bad. Favorites are City Slickers 1-2, Monsters Inc, Monsters University, Running Scared, This is Spinal Tap, The Princess Bride and Howls Moving Castle.

I enjoyed the two City Slickers films but I wasn’t too fond of the Analyze This Analyze That comedies. Hollywood’s Italian gangsters and their ‘badabing badabang’ way of talking was starting to get on my nerves. I couldn’t watch more than a few minutes of The Sopranos before quickly switching to another channel.

    Good stuff Bruce. Vote Up!

    1. Hey Steve….yeah this was a new page (now it is the second newest page). I figured since it was Avengers week….that I should have all the Avenger UMR links at the top…..that strategy really worked as this was an incredible weekend for views at UMR. In a few more days the main header will go back to the regular size/links.

You are at 14…..right at 50%….pretty good percentage. I am at 22.I like all of your favorites. Howl’s Moving Castle is a wonderful film….so visually unusual…some of those images have stuck with me for years. I was not a huge fan of the Analyze movies either….saw the first one in theaters….and left with a “it’s ok” feeling about it. Avoided the sequel for years until I finally saw it. Good point about The Sopranos….I was just having a conversation about that show this morning…I guy I work with (GeorgeHoF18) loved that show…..and is capable of talking about it for hours and hours. Good stuff as always.
