Alexander Hall (1894-1968) was an Oscar-nominated American director and editor.  Hall was nominated for a Best Director Oscars® for 1941’s Here Comes Mr. Jordan.   His IMDb page shows 58 directing credits from 1921 to 1956.       Hey Flora….thanks for checking out my Alexander Hall page. I have only seen 3 of his movies, so you took my total and 4 times it. Here Comes Mr. Jordan is one of the three I have seen. I have to admit, I was not too aware of him before seeing him on the 1941 Best Director Oscar nomination list. Good stuff. Hope all is going well.
