on AFI Top 50 Screen LegendsI agree with the vast majority of this list. I’m 56 years old but LOVE the classics and am very familiar with actors from the “Golden Age of Hollywood”. So this isn’t coming from “recency bias”, but Daniel Day Lewis HAS to be on this Top 20 List! Almost ALL of his roles have been spectacular. Although not prolific (not a criteria here), he is clearly one of the greatest actors of his generation! Personally, I would have to bounce either Cagney or more likely Lancaster, which admittedly would not be easy, but necessary. Thoughts?

on Charles Bronson MoviesAs a Bronson fan I would study him in roles----one day I was watching an old black and white cheap western and saw someone jump from a rock to knock a guy off his horse--his face flashed and I could see it was him--the credits had him as his given name Buchinsky--I don't remember the movie but nothing like that has ever appeared in the many online lists--most of these lists just rely on other's lists--anyone know the movie I am referring to--thanks--hh
on Liev Schreiber MoviesThese lists are a pain now on my computer. Excel just goes all haywire and won't let me copy and paste or drag cells anymore. on Alexander Hall MoviesHey Flora....thanks for checking out my Alexander Hall page. I have only seen 3 of his movies, so you took my total and 4 times it. Here Comes Mr. Jordan is one of the three I have seen. I have to admit, I was not too aware of him before seeing him on the 1941 Best Director Oscar nomination list. Good stuff. Hope all is going well.
on Bob Newhart MoviesHey Thomas. Thanks for the Bob Newhart shout out. More of a tv legend but he still has some good movies on his resume.
