Despite the fact that there is a connecting actors game based on ole Kev he himself has never ranked higher than 370. On the original Center of the Hollywood Universe list from the Oracle of Bacon, Kevin ranked # 913 back in 2000 and he even missed a list.

    1. Hey Dan
      1. So Kevin Bacon of the Kevin Bacon game has never cracked the Top 350…now that is a good stat/piece of trivia.
      2. I guess the Eric Roberts game does not sound as much fun…lol.
      3. It is a massive first list…..I thought it was never going to end.
      4. It is actually impressive that as long as that list is, that nobody (that I saw) appeared in three or more movies with him…..where is Bess Flowers when you need her…lol.
      5. I have actually been playing the Kevin Bacon game using the co-star links on the UMR pages….it is fun.
      6. 32 Oscar winners is pretty good….just not Michael Caine numbers…lol.
I was thinking about you while doing this page….so glad to see you sharing your lists ….good information as always.

      1. Bess’ last movie was in 1964. When I worked at BMI I used to do work trying to get money for his brother Michael (the Bacon Brothers). Michael scored lots of National Geographic documentaries.

        1. Hey Dan….then that would have been why Bess and Kevin do not have any IMDb credits. That is awesome that you have worked with the Bacon brothers.

    1. Hey Tristyn….you are 100% correct….somehow I used Animal House versus National Lampoon’s Animal House….the difference was only a slight half a BILLION in box office dollars….lol.. I have fixed that error on the table but have not adjusted his average gross per movie yet…but it will bebe going up for sure. Thanks for the heads up.

  2. Wait a sec, I thought you’d done Kevin Bacon ages ago, how on earth did Judd Nelson get a page before Bacon? [Bruce blushes] 😉

I’ve seen 22 of the 55 movies on the chart. Favorites include – A Few Good Men, Hollow Man, X-Men First Class, Tremors, JFK, Apollo 13, Planes, Trains and Animal House.

Has Dan played that Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon game? He might find it interesting.

He was related to Richard Nixon eh… did not know this.

    Nice work Bruce. Vote Up!

    1. Hey Steve
      1. Wow….watching your Gable video took almost half of my morning free time to comment….shame on you…..lol.
      2. Yep….I failed to get a Bacon page done quick enough….lol.
      3. Tally count….I have seen 42 of his movies……almost double your total…patting myself on the back.
      4. Glad to see Tremors get a mention on your favorites list…I am right there with you….the sequels are horrible but the first one is fun
      5. I agree this one should really interest Dan.
      Thanks for the vote up.

Now it is time for me to go to work….Heeiiiiiiiiggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh Hhhhhooooo!

  3. Had a crush on him since middle school and Footloose is the reason. Glad it made his top 10. But it is number one in my book.

    1. Hey Helakoski…..I think you and my wife in the same boat. My wife went and saw the remake with the same friend that she saw the Bacon Footloose with….that might not sound that impressive….but when you realize that they rarely see each these days….they went through a lot of planning to make that happen. Sorry that Footloose is not higher ranked. Thanks for the visit.

    1. Hey SteinHoF’16…..well…..better late than never…..lol. Not sure how it took this long to do this page…..but I am glad it now exists.
