Requests

requests1

Thankfully we get lots of requests for new pages.  Well…the wife recently informed me that my way of collecting my requests was pretty weak.  She seems to think that writing down requests on whatever piece of paper or napkin or bill that is currently on my desk is not the way to do it.  So….since she is way smarter than me….I have decided to create a page just for requests.  Plus it should give a good idea of what pages are coming down the pike.

My logic in picking which page to do next….I lean heavily towards the subject that has the most requests.

  • Roger Corman – request by Dan
  • Peter Cushing – request made by SteveLensman, Dan & Brando 90
  • Disney Live Action 1967-1980 – request by Mimic
  • Foreign Movies requested by Laurent
  • Samuel Goldwyn – request by Dan
  • Sam Katzman – request by Dan
  • Fritz Lang – request by Lupino, Just Me
  • Bruce Lee – request by Brando 90
  • Harold Lloyd – request by Søren, Me
  • Henry Mancini – request by Flora
  • Patricia Medina – request by Dan
  • Mirisch Brothers – request by Dan
  • Edward Small – request by Dan
  • Rudolph Valentino – request by Laurent

Completed requests:

Many more to come…have to find all of my old napkins and transfer the requests to this page.

    1. Hey Bryan….I will add Mr. Giamatti to the request list….just watched him did in Morgan…his character only lasts about 10 minutes in the movie.

        1. Well Lady in the Water is not his best movie…but he has lots of other good movies…he would make a good subject.

    1. Hey Mrs. Hill….I will add him to the request list. You are right his movies do not get respect other than at the box office. I was shocked when his Madea Halloween movie first beat Tom Cruise and then Tom Hanks at the box office….thanks for the suggestion.

  1. Hey Cogerson, since you had examined the Warner Bros. ledger ar USC, Could you post Priscilla Lane box office numbers?
    Thanks.

  2. Cogerson

    Donna Reed.

Should be an easy one because of being MGM early, and I imagine having co-stars you have already done in her later career.

    1. Hey John….I will add Donna Reed to the request list…hopefully most of her movies were made at MGM…..thanks for the suggestion.
