Marsha Hunt (1917-2022) was an American actress, model, and activist.  During her career spanning 73 years, she appeared in many popular films including Pride and Prejudice (1940), Kid Glove Killer (1942), Cry ‘Havoc’ (1943), The Human Comedy (1943), Raw Deal (1948), The Happy Time (1952), and Johnny Got His Gun (1971).   She was blacklisted by Hollywood film studio executives in the 1950s during McCarthyism.  Her IMDb page shows 116 acting credits from 1935 to 2008.  This page will rank Marsha Hunt movies from Best to Worst in six different sortable columns of information.  To do well in our overall rankings a movie has to do well at the box office, get good reviews by critics, be liked by audiences, and get some award recognition.  This page comes from a request by Dan.

    Marsha Hunt has died at the age of 104. I know her best from her films noir, pride and prejudice and Cry Havoc. RIP

    There’s a documentary on TCM tonight at 8 PM EST called “Marsha Hunt’s Sweet Adversity”. It runs from 8 to 10 PM EST.

          Better late than never. I was saying that documentary will probably air again with her passing. She was the top subject on Yahoo all day today. I found that surprising.
