    1. Hey Dan. Thanks for the catch on her birthyear….I fixed that last night when I first saw your comment. I guess the person I copied from was born in 1978 and I did not change it when doing this page. I would have guessed her Oracle number would be close to 636. Not bad for an actress that got going in the mid 1990s. Her frequent co-stars…Sam Jackson, Sam Neill (fellow Aussie) and Allison Janey (surprised she is on list). 26 Oscars winners is pretty good…and suspect will continue to grow. As always…awesome stuff.

  3. Whoa she’s been in more films than I was expecting… looking at the chart I’ve seen… 11 of the 54 films listed. Favorites are – Hitchcock, Little Miss Sunshine (did not expect to enjoy this one), xXx 3, Shaft and The Sixth Sense.

Little Miss Sunshine tops The Sixth Sense on the critics chart, did not see that coming. Well it’s more enjoyable to be frank.

The Sixth Sense was a chiller. I remember ‘she-who-must-be-obeyed’ jumping out of her seat on a couple of occasions when we first saw it.

    Good stuff Bruce. Vote Up.

    1. Hey Steve. Thanks for commenting on our Toni Collette page. Yes indeed she has been a very very busy actress….and as Bob pointed out….this does not include her many television roles. I have 36 of her movies compared to your 11. Seen all of your favorites…with Sixth Sense being one of my all-time favorites. I actually did not really enjoy Little Miss Sunshine very much. I liked all the performances but overall the movie was just too depressing for me….hanging out with unhappy people is not one of my favorite things to do. Good memory of seeing The Sixth Sense. I still remember seeing the movie in theaters….and you could hear people figuring out the movie as the ring rolls on the floor. One of my best movie theater experiences. Good comment.

  4. Saw this page yesterday. She is a very good actress but hardly a household name. 54 movies is made more than I would have thought. Easily her performances in The Sixth Sense and Hereditary stand out.

    1. Hey Taylor…..thanks for commenting on our Toni Collette page. On a side note….you are getting close to joining the all-time most frequent UMR commentors….thanks for all of that support. I agree she is not a household name….but her performances are always top notched. I agree her two “horror” movies The Sixth Sense and Hereditary stand out. Love The Sixth Sense…and watch it pretty regularly…not sure when if ever I will re-visit the very creepy and very gruesome Hereditary. Good stuff.

  5. I’ve seen Toni in just 3 movies: 6th Sense, Changing Lanes and In her Shoes. Quite rightly the above tables reflect that 6th Sense was her most commercial and critical success on the big screen.

Toni has also made 9 television presentations in the past 29 years and I watched her just last year in the whole 6 episodes of the drama series “Wanderlust”, which contained some highly adult, indeed extremely ‘kinky’, themes. In fact the title itself is a play on those themes!

Toni has a reported net worth of $18 million and IMDB credits her overall with 45 acting awards and 78 nominations.

Toni’s prolific cinematic output as reflected by the 54 movies listed above certainly entitles her to her Cogerson page so “Voted Up.”

    1. Hey Bob. Thanks for being the first person to comment on this page. Probably one of the longest stretches of time before the first comment, I actually thought I forgot to include the comment box. I was shocked about two things, the fact that she has made so many movies in her career and that I have seen 36 of her movies. My ex-wife loved Muriel’s Wedding, so I have been aware of her since the start of her career or for quarter of a century. I will have to check out that mini series it sounds interesting. Good feedback as always.
