Thankfully we get lots of requests for new pages. Well…the wife recently informed me that my way of collecting my requests was pretty weak. She seems to think that writing down requests on whatever piece of paper or napkin or bill that is currently on my desk is not the way to do it. So….since she is way smarter than me….I have decided to create a page just for requests. Plus it should give a good idea of what pages are coming down the pike.

Hey Mike…..George Brent, Arthur Kennedy and Jon Voight are excellent suggestions….not sure about Krisite Alley as most of successes have been on television versus movies. I rarely watch television….so TCM is not a place I watch my movies. I get almost all of my classic movies from my local library. Just re-watched Murder on the Orient Express…..love that movie….counting the Oscar winners was fun to do…Sean, John, Ingrid, Wendy, Martin and probably somebody else.

Hey Jason…thanks for the suggestions….Tom Hanks was one of the first three people we wrote about….Bruce Willis, Julia Roberts and Hanks. Day-Lewis and Johansson came much later….but all three have UMR pages….the site index has them all listed along with almost 1000 other subjects….thanks for the suggestions…and for finding our page.
Tom Hanks – 2 time Oscar Winner. Outside of maybe Tom Cruise, has the most mainstream consistent money making films of the last 30 years.
Daniel Day-Lewis – The only 3 time Lead Actor Oscar Winner.
