    1. Hey Mike…..they are safely on the 1944 page….I just have not started putting them in the database….but it is on my schedule. Thanks again for doing all that research.

  1. Have to confess I’m not familiar with this actress, but I have seen 4 of these films.
They are – Juggernaut, Paul Blart Mall Cop, Color of Night and As Good as it Gets.

    1. Hey Steve….thanks for the thoughts on Shirley Knight. I have been aware of her for a very longtime. I discovered her in The Rain People when I was a teenager. That movie got on my radar because (a) It starred James Caan and Robert Duvall. (b) It was directed by Francis Ford Coppola. and (c) It seemed to be the connection that got Caan, Duvall and Coppola to The Godfather. I have actually seen 17 of her movies. She got to star with many of my favorite actors…Caan, Willis and Caine to just to name a few. Tally count….Cogerson 17, Flora 6 and you 4. Good stuff as always.

    1. Hey Dan…thanks for digging out the comment from her tribute when she passed….I actually researched the rest of her career that day but got sidetracked before making the UMR page. She had a very solid career…..just never became a household name. I think being ranked 585th is about where I would have guessed. Looking at the first list….lots of “2 timers” but nobody over 2 when looking at most frequent co-star. Surprised her total of Oscar winning co-stars is even lower than Piper Laurie’s total of 25. Good stuff as always.

  3. I have seen 6 Shirley Knight movies.

The HIGHEST rated movie I have seen is As Good As It Gets.

The highest rated movie I have NOT seen is Paul Blart Mall Cop.

The LOWEST rated movie I have seen is Flight From Ashiya.

    Favourite Shirley Knight Movies:

    Flight From Ashiya

Other Shirley Knight Movies I Have Seen:

    As Good As It Gets
    Sweet Bird of Youth
    Petulia
    The Group
    The Rain People

    1. Hey Flora….thanks for checking out our Shirley Knight page. Tally count….Cogerson 17, Flora 6 and you 4. I have seen 4 of the six that you have seen…though I have not seen your favorite…Flight From Ashiya….I will have to check that one out. I am not thinking you would enjoy Paul Blart Mall Cop….so I think you are just fine with missing that one. Good stuff as always.
