Just curious, how are double feature releases handled like Columbia pictures “The Long Haul will DELIGHT you! The Hard Man will EXCITE you!”? Does the double feature disrupt the box office results data and block both of them from being tracked?

In my take I read in Variety that they split the take home.
For example If the box office take was $4000.
They each get S2000 a piece.
